Virtual real estate (VRE) consists of websites that occupy the World Wide Web, and just like real estate in the offline world, VRE can yield income for its owners.

An upscale apartment complex on the nice side of town is a better property than the dirty and run-down slums of the inner city. A beautiful lakefront estate is a better long term investment than a mobile home in a trailer park.

What makes the difference between profitable websites and unprofitable websites?

While there are many factors that can affect a website's profitability, I've found that in general there are two  key ingredients that must be combined to create a successful site...

Whether they realize it or not, most webmasters who are struggling with unprofitable sites are lacking in one of the above areas.

You might be thinking... what about traffic, and SEO, and all that stuff?

Sure that's important too, but it's not the foundation  of your business. There are always plenty of ways to get traffic (and I'm going to show you how), but if you haven't built your website on a solid foundation then it will never be as profitable as it could have been.

If your website has poor content and bad design, you can send traffic to it, but it won't take long for your visitors to realize you aren't providing any real value . Chances are, they'll NEVER return.

Similarly, if your website is not properly monetized, you can throw any amount of traffic at it, but you'll always be leaving money on the table.

One problem is that many of us have been pre-conditioned to build bad websites.

Perhaps you've bought into gimmicks, tactics, and page builders that promise the moon. One "guru" says one thing, while another tells an entirely different story.

My Templates

Many other templates are poor quality. By this, I mean it looks like they were just thrown together. For example, you might find a set of templates where every site has exactly the same header graphic with only the title being different.

My templates are
well made. Thought and effort was put into each individual site, with careful attention being paid to the layout, the header graphics, the color schemes, etc.

Most templates don't include AdSense, or any other income streams, and if they do it's often poorly optimized. They've got the wrong placement, wrong ad block sizes, wrong colors, etc.

My templates are designed with AdSense AND other income streams in mind, and they're well optimized. We used the proper ad blocks and link units. The ads are carefully placed for maximum clicks!

When you find a template with good design and graphics, it almost certainly was built with dozens of Photoshop "image ready slices". You can't customize the site without pushing something out of place and messing something up.

My templates were created with simple designs and clean HTML code. They are made specifically to allow easy customization. You can add as much content or as little as you'd like, and they'll work just fine!

Other studies have shown that web users follow a similar pattern on most of the sites they view.

The area in the upper left corner is what gets seen and clicked the most. This area has come to be known as the "Golden Triangle".

The problem with that, is that the FIRST ad block on the page will display the highest paying ads by default, and we want our visitors to click on the highest paying ads.

Therefore we put this center ad block BEFORE the left navigation panel in the HTML code. That way you'll be showing the highest paying ads in the most-clicked area!

In case you're not familiar with HyperVRE, it's a user-friendly Windows software program that builds content-based websites, and you don't even need to know HTML to use it.

In order to help you understand how these templates work, let me start by explaining a little bit about what the software does...

In my survey, one of the biggest things that people wanted in a template package was FLEXIBILITY. They wanted lots of options so they can do things their own way.

That's what I'm providing here. This selection of headers provides the ability for anyone to customize them with or without any graphics experience, and with or without any certain software program.

I don't want to sound like I'm a broken record here, but again I'll say that the basis of a long-term VRE website is good content, and you need to provide unique content that your visitors will find some value in.

That's the reason I didn't want to go to the extreme by providing thousands of articles (which might give you the wrong idea). At the same time, I do want to get you started launching your sites as soon as possible, which is why I've included some PLR content to get you going.

Instead of quantity, I've focused on quality. I hired a team of professional writers to write 500 PLR articles pertaining to the niche topics that we've included in this package (5 articles for each of the 100 topics).

This is not regurgitated junk that you've seen floating around the web. These articles were written specifically for this package, and they have never been released before.

In keeping with the theme of flexibility, I've taken it a step further by providing every article in THREE formats. This is something I have never seen any article provider do before.

Again, the reason I'm doing this is to provide flexibility. The plain text is obviously easy to work with, cut and paste into other applications, etc. Additionally, most page generation software uses text files.

Lastly, I included HyperVRE articles so that you can use them with the HyperVRE software. The software requires certain "tags" in the article files in order to import articles in bulk from your computer, and these ones are ready to use.
